Like we need another reason to drink margaritas and eat chips & guac. Mark your calendars, because a week from today we’ll be celebrating an American invented holiday with lots of Mexican flavors.
Here are some fun options for those that will be partaking:
KYU: Just in time for Cinco de Mayo KYU is introducing a wildly unique yet familiar cocktail, The Mezcal Negroni. A smoky take on a traditional negroni, KYU’s Mezcal Negroni is a carefully crafted cocktail that is prepared in a porthole infuser and aged 3 -7 days. The Creyente Mezcal mixes with the wood chips, blood orange, Campari, Pimms #1, Carpano and Antica Sweet Vermouth within the distinctive infuser and is then poured tableside over ice. The result is a cocktail that is both visually brilliant and very tasty.
