Hot New Miami Restaurants to Dine at Right Now

Although Asian cuisine is on the rise, this new “green” Wynwood spot (formerly known as Shikany) slays the competition. Led by two Zuma alum, this wood-fired restaurant offers an eclectic menu while using an ORCA food waste composter to plant trees, which they say compensates for the wood used by their grill – pretty strange, but effective. Make sure to order an array of their delicious dishes: duck breast “burnt ends,” wagyu beef brisket, and Thai fried rice, along with lighter options like hamachi and crispy spicy snapper tartare, to name a few.
