KYU Miami – Wnynwood
“Although Asian cuisine is on the rise, this new ‘green’ Wynwood spot slays the competition. Led by two Zuma alum, this wood-fired restaurant offers an eclectic menu while using an ORCA food waste composter to plant trees, which they say compensates for the wood used by their grill – pretty strange, but effective. Make sure to order an array of their delicious dishes: duck breast ‘burnt ends,’ wagyu beef brisket, and Thai fried rice, along with lighter options like hamachi and crispy spicy snapper tartare, to name a few.” – as recommended by Miami local Nicole List
